1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkrvp", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pkrvp platform and the entity operating it at pkrvp.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the pkrvp platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the pkrvp website accessible at pkrvp.net, including all products, services, and features offered thereon — including cricket betting, the live casino, slot games, and the PKR cashier.
• "Account" means the registered pkrvp account created by a player following successful registration and pkrvp login credentials issued to that player.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all pkrvp account balances and transactions are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credit added to a player's account as part of a promotional offer, which is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process pkrvp requires players to complete before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement " means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotional terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the pkrvp platform, completing the pkrvp login process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the pkrvp platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account, attempt to access the pkrvp platform, or use any pkrvp service. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pkrvp platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkrvp strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be accessing the pkrvp platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Registration by corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities on behalf of players is not permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed voluntarily through the pkrvp responsible gaming tools or through any other gaming self-exclusion scheme — at the time of registration or ongoing use.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be attempting to use the pkrvp platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or match-fixing activity.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered pkrvp account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, pkrvp reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, including pending withdrawals and bonus funds.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, email address, and any other information requested in the registration form. You are required to keep this information current and to notify pkrvp of any changes by contacting [email protected].

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkrvp operates a KYC verification programme. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit valid identity documents, which may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method ownership. pkrvp reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate by our compliance team.

4.4 Account Suspension Pending Verification

pkrvp may suspend or restrict a player's account at any time pending completion of the KYC process. During a suspension, the player may not place bets, access casino games, or request withdrawals. Existing balances will be held securely pending resolution of the verification process.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrvp login credentials — including your username and password. You must not disclose your pkrvp login details to any third party under any circumstances.

• pkrvp will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from pkrvp requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• You must ensure that you log out of your pkrvp account after each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account while logged in under your pkrvp login credentials, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.
• If you suspect that your pkrvp account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkrvp support immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured.

pkrvp employs industry-standard security measures to protect player accounts and data. However, pkrvp cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkrvp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. No other payment methods are currently accepted. pkrvp does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment source must belong to and be registered in the name of the account holder.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay are credited to your pkrvp account instantly upon confirmation of receipt. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are credited within 2 to 4 hours on business days. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited within one hour of blockchain confirmation. pkrvp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your pkrvp account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) is eligible for withdrawal at any time.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the pkrvp cashier at the time of the request.
• pkrvp reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

6.4 Currency and Fees

All pkrvp account balances, transactions, and displayed odds are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrvp does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkrvp accepts no liability.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pkrvp offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to the player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotional terms at the time the offer is made.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• pkrvp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Players who have elected to use the self-exclusion or deposit limit tools in their pkrvp responsible gaming settings are not eligible to receive bonus offers for the duration of the restriction.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Binding Nature of Bets

Once a bet is accepted by the pkrvp platform and confirmed to the player, it is binding on both parties subject to the provisions of these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and market type — are correct before confirming. pkrvp will not cancel accepted bets on the basis of player error except where expressly permitted under these Terms.

8.2 Bet Voidance

pkrvp reserves the right to void any bet, and to withhold payment of any winnings, in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on a market where the odds or event details were published in error due to a technical or human fault.
• The event is subsequently found to have been the subject of match-fixing, manipulation, or corrupt activity.
• The player breached any provision of these Terms in connection with the bet.
• The bet was placed after the event or market had officially closed or the relevant outcome had already been determined.

8.3 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

pkrvp's cricket sportsbook — covering PSL, international ODIs, T20Is, and Test matches — is governed by cricket-specific betting rules published within the cricket section of the platform. Key rules include: matches abandoned without a ball being bowled are voided; in-play bets accepted after a wicket or boundary event during a transmission delay will be settled on the recorded ball outcome; minimum match completion requirements for each market type are specified per market.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

pkrvp applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are published within the relevant sport and market pages on the platform and are subject to change. pkrvp reserves the right to limit a player's maximum stake or restrict markets available to that player at its discretion.

9 Casino & Slot Games

pkrvp's casino offering — including live dealer tables and slot games such as Crazy 777, Lucky Neko, and others in the pkrvp slot lobby — is provided by certified third-party game suppliers. All casino games use certified random number generators or operate with real dealers under international compliance standards.

• Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are available within each individual game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be completed automatically by the game engine in accordance with the game's programmed logic. pkrvp is not liable for losses resulting from a player's internet connection failure during active game rounds.
• Progressive jackpot games available on pkrvp are governed by the jackpot rules of the respective game supplier. pkrvp does not guarantee the availability or size of any progressive jackpot at any given time.
• Suspected game malfunctions — where a game produces an incorrect result or fails to credit a win — must be reported to pkrvp support within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Reports made after this period may not be investigated.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrvp platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so, for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pkrvp platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Any attempt to manipulate, hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the pkrvp platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game or bet outcomes.
• Using the pkrvp platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with pkrvp.
• Attempting to place bets or access the pkrvp casino while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder.

11 Responsible Gaming

pkrvp is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Pakistan. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings panel accessible after pkrvp login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session length alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your pkrvp account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be used and no marketing communications will be sent to you.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pkrvp platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its specified duration. Players who self-exclude may not attempt to re-register or circumvent their exclusion through any means. pkrvp takes all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion across its systems.

pkrvp encourages all players to use these tools proactively. If gaming is affecting your financial situation, relationships, or mental wellbeing, please use the self-exclusion tool immediately and contact support at [email protected]. pkrvp does not offer credit or allow players to bet with borrowed funds.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvp's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrvp shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not pkrvp was advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their pkrvp login credentials.
• Loss caused by the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game suppliers, or internet service providers.
• Loss arising from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the pkrvp platform that are beyond pkrvp's reasonable control.
• Consequential, indirect, special, or punitive losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkrvp's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the pkrvp platform — including but not limited to the pkrvp brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, written content, and data — are owned by or licensed to pkrvp. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any pkrvp intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the pkrvp platform without prior written permission from pkrvp. Unauthorised use of pkrvp intellectual property may result in legal action.

14 Termination

pkrvp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement request.
• pkrvp's decision to discontinue offering services to players in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, pkrvp reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including real-money balances and any pending withdrawals, where permitted by applicable law and in proportion to the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player breach, pkrvp will return any remaining real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pkrvp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, pkrvp will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or by posting a prominent notice on the pkrvp platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the pkrvp platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account and cease using the pkrvp platform before the amendment takes effect. The most current version of these Terms is always available at pkrvp.net/terms-conditions.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming compliance standards applicable to the pkrvp platform. In the event of any dispute between you and pkrvp arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending arbitration.
